The ceremony can be done anywhere you choose and at any time. 
Wait at least 36 hours before you start, so the spell has been cast.

On the first day, you clear the room of spirits by burning two pieces of incense for 30 min. (any type)

On the second day, you need seven long candles: Six white and one red. 
Make an arrow of the candles pointing towards you. The front candle is the red one. 

Burn them for 15 min. Sit and relax, let the Magick enter your world, think positive thoughts, and see the spell become successful.

On the full moon the month after (check your calendar), you repeat the candle burning from day two.

You have now completed the ceremony that helps speed things up. If you can't do the ceremony, it's not the end of the world. The results might just be a bit delayed.
